NLP Anchoring Techniques are effective in inducing a certain frame of mind or emotion, such as happiness or contentment by implanting a certain sensation into the mind as a trigger, which may either be a touch, a word, a gesture. Belief change involves shifting our belief about a situation by focusing on the positive aspects of it rather than dwelling on the negative ones.
