Enneagram Types
Enneagram Types
The Enneagram types are representative of human personality and is chiefly used as a typology of nine interconnected personality types. Primarily developed by Oscar Ichazo and Claudio Naranjo, it is also partially based on former teachings of G. I. Gurdjieff. The typology describes nine Enneagram types (also stated as “enneatypes”), which also signifies some of the associations between the types. The Enneagram types, are usually denoted to by their numbers, yet occasionally their “characteristic roles” (which refers to distinguishing archetypal characteristics) are used as an alternative. The “security and “stress” (Often referred to as the “integration” and “disintegration” points) are the Enneagram types, linked by the lines of the enneagram figure, that are thought to impact a person in more unfavorable or peaceful circumstances.
Enneagram types therefore have totally different acting and thinking outlines, deep-rooted drives for doing what they do, and definite diversity as well as complexities in their thought and action.
